Open the login URL in your browser and enter your account credentials. Contact the manufacturer if you do not have an account.
Language options are available on the left side of the login page: English Vietnamese
The school account is created by the integrator. After logging in, you can edit and modify school information.
Create and manage classes. The number of students is automatically counted per class.
To add a student: enter the student ID, name, and other details, select the class, then upload the student's photo. Click Save.
After adding students, you can issue IC cards (student cards) to them via Student Card Issuance.
Add teachers by inputting their class information and uploading a face image.
Enter parent name and phone number, then associate them with their student.
The system supports the following device types:

StreamUrl can be entered manually or generated by the system. If a StreamUrl exists for a camera, a playback icon will appear — click it to view the live stream.
You must configure the Inbound or Outbound direction for each device:
Click the SyncFace button to transmit facial data to the corresponding AI camera or facial recognition access control device. This is required when initially registering a device.
Distributes IC card data and transfers student card information to the corresponding device. The device must support IC card swiping.
A visitor terminal device is required. Visitor application records submitted from the visitor terminal are displayed here.
After visitor access, you can review the visitor access records in this module.
Set up attendance rules before using this module. The system supports attendance tracking for up to three time periods.
After rules are configured, attendance records are generated automatically. Records for the next day are created starting from the first day of configuration.
Attendance records can be exported.
Parents submit leave requests through the App. You can approve, reject, or perform other review actions on submitted requests.
Real-time access records uploaded from all connected devices, including AI cameras, facial recognition access control systems, and biometric devices. All records include captured images.
Records student IC card information. Cards are issued via Student Management.
Student cards can be reported lost. After reporting a loss, you can also lift the loss report if needed.
Receives alarm events from connected AI boxes. Supported alarm types include:
Add persons to the blacklist by uploading their face images. The blacklist is distributed to connected devices automatically.
